Hugh – associate coach
Hugh is an accredited transformational life coach and Neuro-linguistic programme (NLP) practitioner, and works with clients to help break down the barriers that are getting in way of the life they desire.
“I have been working as an Accredited Life coach for a couple of years, and it has become my greatest passion to work with people who want to live life to their full potential.
My main objective as a coach is to help people build an unshakeable mindset and find their inner power to help them realise their potential and create the life they desire, while shining a light on what’s been holding them back all along.
Sometimes it’s the fear of what might happen that is stopping us from taking action to move you forward in the direction we want our lives to go in. That’s how it was for me for most of my adult life, until I became aware of my thought patterns and associated behaviours that were being driven by limiting beliefs which were ultimately controlling all my decisions at an unconscious level.
My new empowering belief is that there is always a solution, but sometimes we just can’t see it.
It’s become my greatest passion to help others develop the awareness to see beyond their perceived problems and limitations and find their own answers.”
Away from work, Hugh enjoys running around after his young daughter and hanging out with his family. When gets some quiet time, he likes to head to the beach for surfboarding, go for a walk or ride through the countryside on his motorbike.
