Booking / Cancellation / Illness or Injury

When booking one of Usana Mindset & ActionCOACH events / programs, we ask for full payment for the event within 2 days of booking.  Only on receipt of payment will your place be confirmed.

For all events, the following booking refunds apply if you decide to cancel:

  • All events are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of 10% (PayPal, Stripe and EventBrite do not refund fees to us).
  • Cancellations by clients within 30 to 22 days (inclusive) days of the event will incur a 50% charge.
  • Cancellations by clients within 21 to 15 (inclusive) days of the event will incur a 75% charge.
  • Cancellations within 14 (inclusive) days of the event will incur 100% charge.


Should the organisers / hosts have Covid at the time of the event / program, you will be informed immediately and a future date will be arranged with notice.

Should you have Covid at the time of the event, you must not attend the event. Instead, you will be offered a place at the next event, or 50% part refund.

Safe learning environment

Usana Mindset and ActionCOACH reserve the right to pause or stop any event if any participant(s) is acting irresponsibly, unsafe or abusive. 

Usana Mindset and ActionCOACH also reserve the right to refuse any client on any of our events and refund any booking in the event the participant(s) behaviour has been deemed to have compromised on safety and respect.
