Due to high winds, there was a change of planned route for this scheduled outing, resulting in staying off munros and instead heading up to Loch Brandy, which is tucked away at 610m in Glen Clova.

With a mix of drizzle, mist and cloud, winds and sunshine, it was an outing that saw us enjoy ever-changing colours, scenery and also enjoy sitting at the loch side where the clouds did lift momentarily to enjoy the views.

The need to get outdoors, prioritise ourselves, get fresh perspective as well as enjoy giving the mind some rest on certain matters is priceless, and again this walk highlighted this over and over.

Even wee four-legged friend Arlo showed how energising it is to get out and about, though granted we could not run about like him!

Well done, ladies, for not letting the weather dampen spirits, instead you made this a fabulous outing … and yes, with some treats later!

See you all again soon. ๐Ÿฆ‹
