A blustery yet very happy day out …
Very high winds passing through the area meant the original planned walk was changed, as safety will always come first. Instead, we enjoyed a scenic and very calming walk through Glen Dye, heading past Charr Bothy and towards Round Hillock, stopping for refreshments and group chat.
As always, the time outdoors enabled all to switch off from work and personal contact and endless To Do lists, instead bringing calm and gaining fresh insights.
As the old saying goes, ‘you never know what’s going on in someone’s life’, and this is so true. Being able to share with one or more people in a trusted environment, and see ways forward out of any situation is powerful and very often is life-changing.
These outings are always a sheer joy, with the magic of combining coaching, wellbeing and nature bringing something special to all. Cheeks are rosy, smiles are broad, energy is boundless, hopes and confidence build, and memories are made. Priceless.
Roll on December’s Walk & Talk, which will of course have a touch of festivity! ๐
