
How did you spend your Friday evening? Did you find head space after a busy week?
I headed out for another Usana Mindset Walk & Talk in the Hills outing, this time keeping lowland, with Loch Muick Circuit being the chosen beautiful location.
Our minds switched off from calls, emails, work and other distractions, and instead we were all fully present in the moment, enjoying the chat and stunning scenery. Lochnagar looked over us as we headed around the loch, stopping for pictures, as well as refreshments at Queen Victoria’s Lodge.
It’s all too easy to get caught up in work, long hours, playing catchup on comms, not allowing our minds to rest – instead, how refreshing it is to take time out and gain fresh perspective on all areas of our lives.💕
Heading out into nature for a special walk, which combines coaching and wellbeing, headspace and insights, enabled all to focus on recharging and rebalancing.
Smiles, laughter, stories and personal shares were magical, as was a very special appearance near the end of our walk – several herds of deer, with stags coming very close and even sauntering in front of us.
