Kerloch (534m) is the highest hill of the foothills of the Mounth range that lie to the east of the Cairn o’ Mount, near Banchory. Although isolated, this fine viewpoint can be reached via a network of forestry tracks, with the first part of the walk being flat and then slowly ascends on landrover track, before a steeper climb through forest and then back into the open for the final push to the top.
Views are beautiful, where you can enjoy looking over Banchory and Royal Deeside, as well as admiring a windfarm in close proximity.
These special Usana Mindset walks are not about rushing to the top or talking non stop. Instead you will find these to be insightful, peaceful, reflective and wonderful in bringing the mind back to a balance where you can enjoy the present.
By being out in nature, you remove the noise of life and can gain greater clarity on situations.
There will be a mix of group & 1-2-1 discussions and general chat, plus very importantly, there will also be quiet time for your own reflection, notes and mindfulness.
* Walking will begin at 9am on Friday 11th November, and we will be outdoors for approximately 3.5 hours.*
